Warranty Service
Shenzhen MotianShou Technology Co., Ltd. strictly complies with the Regulations on Repair, Replacement, and Return of Microcomputer Products jointly issued by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine and the Ministry of Information Industry of China.
The following situations are not covered by the warranty:
Failure to provide a valid warranty certificate, or if the original product serial number label has been altered, replaced, torn, or removed, or if the product has no serial number, or if the product model/serial number on the warranty certificate does not match the actual product.
Products that exceed the warranty period specified by Shenzhen MotianShou Technology Co., Ltd.
Failures or damages caused by improper use, maintenance, or storage, or failure to follow the product manual or the recommended computer operating environment.
Damage caused by repair, modification, or disassembly performed by personnel not authorized by MotianShou.
Failures or damages caused by the use of pirated software or virus infections.
Damage caused by accidents or force majeure.
Any additional services, configuration, or gifts promised by sales personnel are not included in this warranty coverage.

The interpretation right of this warranty policy belongs to Shenzhen MotianShou Technology Co., Ltd., which also reserves the right to modify or update this policy in compliance with relevant laws.
